Easily accessible from the A11 motorway, exit Ancenis and head towards Varades, this commune of Loireauxence is 10 minutes from the center of Ancenis-St Géréon. Its proximity to Ancenis (train station, shopping center, cinema, performance hall, etc.) and the banks of the Loire River allow you to combine convenience with the pleasure of exploring the region.
This large single-story house will delight families and business teams alike. It can accommodate groups of up to 9 people in its 4 bedrooms. The accommodation has 3 double beds (160x200 cm) and 3 single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity unit. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. A television and Wi-Fi are free.
Parking is easy, with several spaces right in front of the house.
Check-in and check-out are independent, with a key-lock system. I am available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
