Charming cottage in the heart of the Loire Valley – Peace, comfort and authenticity
Between Angers and Saumur, a stone's throw from the Loire and the village of Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire, discover this charming guest house, nestled in a quiet spot in a typical small village. Completely renovated in 2024, it elegantly combines old-world charm with modern comfort for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
With 75 m² of living space, this pretty house with sloping ceilings offers:
- a large, bright living room with open-plan kitchen,
- a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor,
- upstairs: two cosy bedrooms — one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two bunk beds (90 cm),
- a 350 m² enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing or sharing meals on the large terrace.

Located below the road, it offers absolute tranquillity and is accessible via two paths (Loire or stadium). A detailed access map will be sent to you to facilitate your arrival.
