False advertisement - dirty house
The pictures of the house don’t match reality. The house was dirty and the carpet is old and nasty. No cleaning was done. The pillows, mattresses and blankets were nasty. The airco’s were dirty and my husband had to clean them before we could use them. We had to buy new pillows and use 3 covers to be able to sleep there since Novasol just let us down after my direct complaint on arrival. We had no choice but to clean everything ourselves and stay there. We had to fix the gutter and there was pooh of other dogs in the garden. There were a lot of flies since there’s nothing to keep them out, like a fly-window or door. If you leave windows or a door open you can start hunting flies. I have many pictures and a video of how the house is now, but I can’t add them here. This house needs a real cleanup. It’s not even worth one star, unless it’s about the view that was the only thing that was great. But it doesn’t make up for all that was wrong here. I didn’t get a proper response from Novasol either. They don’t listen to you. My heartily advice: don’t book this house or with Novasol.
