My wife and I arrived and the room smelled of mildew. The carpet had stains and a stink. There were scratches on the wood furniture and the hotel was not to our liking. We immediately checked out and located another hotel, Marriott, which was much cleaner and more pleasant than the Wingate Wyndham. Due to the Wingate not meeting our needs, I spent $1,000 on the new room, from Thursday-Monday. I would hope that Orbitz considers removing Wingate Wyndham for its hotel choices. We were extremely disappointed with the hotel.

It was close to airport when needed to catch a flight. Still decent enough for booking travel plans for a room 1 night. It has available gym room with weights in case you wanted to work out. But gym room had bad smell to it.

I recently stayed at the Wingate for my business travel. The hotel is older but very clean, with lots of rooms. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I had a microwave and refrigerator in my room. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They have a free shuttle that I used to get to the Amtrak station (as well as the airport and parking lots), as I had two days of seminars/meetings in CT. While leaving my personal vehicle at the hotel till I returned. The parking fee was less expensive than the Amtrak or airport parking. They offer breakfast with your stay, and it was very lovely; the food was good and a nice array of items.

Okay stay near BWI

Parking at this hotel is free, which is a good thing these days. The hotels condition needs a bit of a redo, elevators old , hallway carpets have seen better days, the room is outdated, but clean, the hotel area is very close to airport so no restaurants anywhere near, one little place next to hotel to walk over and get something to eat.
