Spacious house with a lot of fun activities for the kids and great views of the lake. Living room had minimal seating for a 5 bedroom house but everything was clean and in great working condition. Great location a few minutes from raspberry shakes. Check out tasks/instructions were a little extra than normal, but it was clear and the host was very nice and responsive.

Check in was a breeze. This house had everything you need for on vacation, all you will need is your clothes and food. It was clean, and had plenty of things for the littles to do at the house when the grownups need a break from the lake. Would 100% stay her again!

Family Getaway

Great property! We had all ages and stages and the house was stocked with everything for everyone! And there was plenty so you weren't washing the same 5 dishes or towels over and over again. They even have plenty of kid dishes, cups, utensils etc *Just bring your own beach towels if going to the lake. Any minor issue I had, like batteries died in remote (I'm an insomniac and watch TV during the night) was addressed as soon as I let Amy know. She is just a text/call away.Everything was labeled in the house, directions to operate things were very clear, there was even a book to help with your stay for the house and the area. The house felt clean which means a lot when you're staying somewhere other than your own home. I happen to be writing this review just after leaving a different property that had grime from years past. It made me really appreciate the cleanliness of Amy's property. The property was close enough to everything without being right in the main area wirh lots of traffic. Things I likedThe View2 full fridges Filtered R/O waterOutdoor dinning on patio right off kitchen Grill and Blackstone on patioToys, indoor, outdoor and water activities Blackout shades Playground (just wear shoes its thorny) Firepit with pokers for smores or hot dogsTheres plenty more amenities, just running out of room. We loved our stay here! The house is in a great location with a beautiful view of Bear Lake. There is a nice grassy area on the property. We loved the room that was stocked with kid toys and a crib for our group. Plenty of parking for everyone and the house was stocked with everything we needed!

Great views and location

The place was very comfortable and spacious. We had space to meet together as a large family as well as some place for people to separate. I really enjoyed getting the kids out on the lawn, the views of the lake and the easy access to Garden City. The south beaches were also very close. The home was well appointed, clean and easy to get to. I can’t say enough great things about our experience.

Perfect for family

We had an amazing 5 night stay at this property. It was everything we could have wished for. We had enough room for all of us and the kids had more than enough to entertain them. Fun place to stay!

This home was the best equipped property we have stayed in. The garage is filled with a ping pong table, foosball table, hockey table, indoor basketball and more. The room off the master bedroom where young children might stay had books, and toys. There is also playground equipment and beautiful grass. We enjoyed our stay!
