Renovation completed in early 2016 (bathroom, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) bright house, warm and simple decor.

Réservation pour 2 semaines, qui sont passées à la vitesse de l’éclair. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle (en totale conformité avec les photos). Pierre est très agréable et sympathique. Tout semble pensé pour permettre aux voyageurs de passer des vacances optimales sans aucune contrainte. Les plus : la mise à disposition de vélos, la plage à 8 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus im Ortsteil Lodonnec. Großer Garten mit Blick ins Grüne. Der Strand von Lodonnec ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreicht. Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour

Le séjour dans la maison de Pierre s'est très bien passé. La communication est facile et nous avons apprécié la petite attention ! La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description et tout est fonctionnel pour passer un bon séjour. Le jardin est très agréable ( terrasse, salon de jardin, transats). La plage est accessible à pied mais pour le reste, voiture indispensable. Nous recommandons cette location!

Hübsches, kleines Landhaus in dem sich der Sommer endlos anfühlt

Ein hübsches, kleines, gemütlich eingerichtetes Landhaus in Meernähe, in dem sich der Sommer so herrlich endlos anfühlt, auch wenn es nur zwei Urlaubswochen sind. Am Hauseingang wird man von zwei wunderschönen, großen Lavendelbüschen empfangen. Die Wohnküche ist lichtdurchflutet und geräumig mit direktem Zugang zu Terrasse und Garten. Terrassenmöbel und ein großer Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden sowie zwei Sonnenliegen. Die Küche selber ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz und Ablagefläche zum Kochen. Das Bad ist hell, geräumig und mit einer bodentiefen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, das wir genutzt haben, ließ sich durch die Fensterläden gut verdunkeln und kühl halten. Ein Highlight war die große, schattenspendende Palme im Garten unter der man einen gemütlichen Lesetag mit Kommissar Dupin verbringen konnte. Wer digitale Zerstreuung sucht: Wlan, TV und CD/DVD Player sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie die Übergabe des Hauses hat bestens funktioniert und war sehr nett. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit schönem Garten

Insgesamt ein gutes Angebot mit freundlichem und korrektem Gastgeber. Einzig, dass nach Buchung und Bezahlung über die Plattform noch ein seperater Vertrag vorgelegt wurde und darin eine Kaution vorgesehen ist trübt den Gesamteindruck. Hier sollte vorab ein Hinweis erfolgen.

Belle découverte du Pays Bigoudin

Maison impeccable, nous avons découvert une région de Bretagne que nous connaissions moins c’était top! De magnifiques plages à proximité. Il est possible de tout faire à vélo ce qui fut très agreable! Propriétaire très sympa et communication très facile!

Agréable séjour en famille

Très jolie maison très accueillante et fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous et nous avons profité de la plage à proximité. Très belle plage où les enfants s'amusent à découvrir les richesses des rochers. Le propriétaire est accueillant et généreux et nous pensons y retourner pour profiter du calme et de la plage., sans oublier l'attrait touristique des villes de proximité comme Benodet - la forêt Fouesnant....

Location parfaite pour découvrir ile tudy penmarch pointe de la torche a cette saison pour les champs de jacinthes et tulipes avec des amis pour nous qui étaient de la réunion très satisfait cela n existe pas chez eux nous recommanderons cet endroit

Sejour breton au top

Location Très bien située. Très agreable et fonctionnelle. Tout le confort nécessaire. La literie est parfaite. La plage de Lodonnec à proximité est un atout de plus.... sans oublier la crêperie ! Je vous la recommande !

Un petit paradis à Loctudy
