Nestled in a quiet residential area with direct access to the beach path, this recently built, beautifully decorated house offers high-end comfort amenities. It comprises on the ground floor a vast common area (living room, dining room and kitchen) with South exposure onto the garden, a parent suite accessible to people with reduced mobility, a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, four bedrooms with modular sleeping arrangements in single or double beds create a peaceful and pleasant sleeping area. The property is completed by a shower room, a bathroom and an independent toilet.
Parking is available on the property with the possibility of parking multiple vehicles.
From the house, you can access the beach on foot in less than 10 minutes via a typical small path. An ideal solution to enjoy the region in complete tranquillity. The town centre of Locmariaquer is accessible in a few minutes by bicycle.
