Would have given 5 stars but the wedding functions were spilling in to the entire hotel, drinks left around the corridors and lobby area very crowded and loud. Wanted a quiet, calm getaway, but the ambience didn’t quite live up to that. Staff were polite, food was good and room was clean.

Fantastic stay. Would stay again. Stayed in the newer side. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Swimming pool lovely and warm, facilities all clean. Breakfast was good. Family friendly although would be great to see the kids swim times extended slightly.

Highly recommended we had an excellent overnight stay at the stunning Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. Good choice of bars and great choice of breakfast. What puts this hotel above the rest are the staff who made us feel welcome and were all friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful in the old part of the hotel. Our room was very clean (thank you Toni). Overall 5* service and we will stay again.

Bedroom lighting terrible. Dripping tap in bathroom in bath. Dinner in bistro ok, but coffee not available and brandy served in water glasses when I asked for brandy balloons it was brought back in tumbles the poor waiter had no idea what a brandy balloon was the bar manager said only to be used on special occasions but failed to come to the table to explain to us. For a hotel of your calibre it falls a little short.
