Good overnight stop off point on the way from midlands to west highlands especially if you have a dog. Nice area to excercise the dog and have a picnic.

Decent enough - good sized room and free parking. Ok for a stopover or base to explore the Scottish Borders. I walked the Annandale Way while there and there it is nice to relax beside the water.

Great value for money stop off

We had an overnight stop here on our way south and it was perfect for that. For the money I absolutely couldn’t fault it. The lady who checked us in was extremely welcoming and helpful. We’d stay here again if we had a long trip south and just needed to place to sleep.
