Check in during the middle of the night was terrible. The guy on the desk was shouting and giving out to someone who entered the foyer whilst he was sorting our check in. It was very unprofessional. Hotel itself was fine for one night. When we were checking out there were people sleeping on sofas in the foyer

Great budget hotel

Great value hotel, friendly staff, lovely breakfast(can be paid for at reception on the day) the pool area and sun loungers were great. The air con in the room worked really well and the room was cleaned every day. The only negatives were the beds were very creaky and there were a lot of noisy people staying there while I was there, it says there are quiet hours but there was a lot of noise until 2-3am every night, hopefully this was a one off but maybe take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! The bus stop was just round the corner and it was really easy to get the bus from the airport and in to Palma.

Very good hotel for a basic stay. Ideal for solo travellers like myself. Conveniently located next to bus routes and a short walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It had everything I needed, except a fridge. However, the air conditioning, balcony, and lovely breakfast made it a perfect stay.

Great little hotel with everything you need the buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice and well worth 6 euro the bar was very cheap and well stocked pool area was always clean and tidy rooms basic but clean only let down the beds are very hard could benefit from softer mattresses but apart from that we had a lovely stay here and would defo stay here again

Budget hotel, get what you pay for

Although the hotel itself was clean & the staff were pleasant, its about 5-10min walk to the harbour so a little out of the way. I had 1 breakfast which was €6 & plenty of choice. The room was very basic & a bit dated, could do with a refresh as someone had wrote over the mirror. The toilet seat kept falling down when sat on & with no tv & 1 plug socket & a very small balcony facing the back of the hotel it is really for sleeping only as you couldn't relax on balcony for any length of time. Again it was clean & I didn't spend much time at hotel. Had a couple of drinks in the bar (very reasonably priced)but alot of young Germans in the hotel having pre drinks before going out then a few of them screaming & shouting at 5am, I feel it would be worse in the midst of the summer season. Budget hotel, budget price, wasn't expecting anything fancy.

Overall the property was very clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be a kettle in the room. Breakfast as much as it's delicious it starts from 8am. Personally I'm early bird and unfortunately couldn't have any coffee until 8. Some door hooks in the bathroom would be useful. Nowhere to put clothes.
