House with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 3.5 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 4 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 6 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 13 people.

Outdoor area of 800 m2 with private pool (9.5x4.5m), large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with mountain views, barbecue area and swings for children.

Interior area of 170 m2 distributed over 2 floors. Main floor with living-dining room (tv, fireplace) with access to terrace with beautiful mountain views, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 double bedrooms (135x185cm) and 1 single bedroom (80x190cm) and bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor, exactly the same, except for the bedrooms, which are distributed as: 1 double bedroom and 2 triple bedrooms (bunk beds + trundle bed (80x180cm)). 2 lovely terraces.

Parking for 3 cars with inclined ramp.

- Pets accepted upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.



Regulations and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

A fuir tout simplement

Dès l’arrivé à la villa, même en sachant que nous avions réservez, personne n’étais passé pour ouvrir les fenêtres ou même activer le compteur, sa puait tout simplement le renfermé dans la maison au moment de l’ouverture des portesEnsuite il y a tout simplement un tromperies sur l’état réel de la villa (que ce soit intérieur, on as quand même retrouvé un scarabé ainsi que pas mal de poussière sur les plaintes/meubles ect. Mais le pire c’est l’extérieur : mauvaise herbes/chaise longues avec des taches dessus/table du barbecue en pierre fissuré/lampes de la piscine défectueuse même en changeant l’ampoule, bref la liste est longue) Après avoir fait un retour au gérant du bien (agence de villa) Il nous a gentillement pris pour des lapin de 3 semaine, du genre « nous ne pouvons pas payer un photographe chaque années pour qu’il vienne refaire les photos » (sans blague je suis prêt à parier qu’il a un des derniers iphone/samsung) ensuite c’était « des qu’il pleut les mauvaise herbes repousse rapidement », « on va pas faire un nettoyage de printemps à chaque client » alors certes mais au moins un dans l’année lol. Ce gentil monsieur qui en plus nous dit que pour une somme dérisoire telle que la nôtre 1340 euros pour 6 jours, il ne pouvait malheureusement rien faire pour nous, 1340 euros la semaine pour avoir une villa mal entretenue qui n’est pas comme sur les photos, fuyez tout simplement ou demander un facetime en direct pour s’assurer de la véracité des photos

Villa très agréable pour notre famille. Bien située, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Des petits défauts cependant : peu de vaisselle pour une grande famille, échelle des lits superposés peu fixée, prises défaillantes. séjour très agréable et l'agence à l'écoute.

Im Grossen und Ganzen zufrieden

Das Haus ist für den Preis, ok. Wir haben keinen Luxus erwartet, trotzdem gibt es kleine Mängel. Die Auffahrt in das Haus um auf dem Grundstück zu parkieren, ist so steil, das es für normale Autos gar nicht möglich ist diese hinauf zu fahren. Haben es einmal versucht und das eine Auto hat sich den Unterboden aufgeschlagen, so das es die anderen gar nicht versucht haben. Soll heissen das wir den ganzen Aufenthalt die Autos auf der Strasse parkieren mussten. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr spärlich….keine Grundgewürze ( Salz und Pfeffer ) keine Tücher zum Geschirr trocknen und nicht einmal Salatbesteck war vorhanden. Der Pool hat einige Bodenplatten verloren, weshalb sich 2 Kinder den Fuss verletzt haben. Müsste dringend geflickt werden. Ansonsten alles i.o.
