The apartment offers in addition to a large dining room of 19 m2, a large bathroom with bath of 4.6 m2, a fully equipped kitchen of 4.5 m2 and a terrace of 6 m2. The communal area has two swimming pools (adults and children), garden, showers, toilets and playground.
