Lovely hotel which we would definitely stay at again if going to Llandudno. Excellent breakfast served between 8.30-9.30 with wide ranging choice. Within easy walking distance of restaurants & sea front. Free parking is very useful. Lovely small bedroom, although bed was a little on short side for anyone 6 foot. All other rooms beautifully furnished. Staff were amazing. Internet access very good. One of best hotels we have stayed at which is high praise.

The owner keeps the property well with the antiques. I love the decoration in the hallway and some small corners for personal quiet. Clean and neat in overall environment.

Breakfast was lovely, great help yourself options and full english breakfast was lovely. Room comfortable and clean a little small but comfortable bed for a few nights stay, hotel quiet and slept well. Nice atmosphere and good parking.

Really considerate and kind staff. Happy to answer questions and Knowledgeable about the area. Room was beautiful, we took our shoes off as the carpet was pristine! Really clean and spacious. Beds were twins and wider than average. Shower was lovely and easy to get ambiant temperature. Plenty of tea/coffeee, biscuits and bottled water.

B and B at its best.

We had a wonderful welcome from Dan and she even carried our very heavy bags upstairs for us. Our room was clean and comfortable and the overall decor of the hotel was beautiful. The food was delicious and the breakfast service excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan and Wei. The hotel was a lovely place to return to at the end of a busy day.

Ideally located in Llandudno

The reception was good and all facilities were explained well. Parking is simple and easily accessible. We enjoyed the breakfast and there is plenty of variety in the food available from fruit, cereals, cooked meals and drinks. We liked the small things like free to use umbrellas, sweet treats and bottled water.

Lovely breakaway
