Our experience was certainly sub-par. The first thing we noticed was that there were stains on the bedding. Yikes. Makes me feel like they weren’t changed at all from previous stay. I immediately went downstairs and asked for our bedding to be changed, and was asked if we wanted a different room… I didn’t want to be entitled or rude so I politely declined and said the bedding changed would be great. After going outside to grab the remainder of our things I walked back past the front desk and was stoped and handed 2 “extra” hotel “woal” blankets and 2 fitted sheets… So I guess I’m changing the bedding…? Again, not trying to be difficult, I said thanks and went up to the room. These sheets had several pieces of hair throughout them, and too were stained in several places. We just threw some extra blankets on to of the bedding and just gave up. Our floor was not mopped/clean, our bottom of our socks were disgusting. Best part was the pool but it was not heated so the water was freezing… Overall cleanliness is very important to us, perfection is not. Very uncleanly and left a poor impression.
