Pros- new and clean. Great outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Kids lived the indoor pool. Convenient location to chico hot springs and enjoying downtown Livingston. Beds and pullout couch were comfortable. Most of the staff were great! Cons- room mix up and was sent to the wrong room number on wrong floor, night shift front desk clerk was rude, day two breakfast bar was empty by 8:15 and staff wouldn’t refill it, many guests were very upset about that. Shower floor is very slippery so be careful!

We ended up staying 2 more nights. They beat the price of hotels app for the additional nights. Loved the outdoor sitting space and hot tub. I wish you could see the mountains better from that space, but it was fine. Breakfast could be better. They seemed to run out of things pretty quickly and didn't have much for meat. Love the waffles! We would stay again! The staff was always helpful, friendly and very accommodating!

Okay but needs work

We stayed here for a few nights recently and overall the hotel is okay. We were surprised how dirty our room was even though the hotel is pretty much brand new. The bathroom had hair on the floor (upon our arrival) and the mirror had black dirt marks or something that looked like it hadn’t been wiped down before we got there. The counter in the kitchenette area was also sticky. The sheets and bedding did seem clean, however, which was nice. The bathroom in the room had no fan or ventilation (if it did, it wasn’t working). The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was lacking and one of the worst I’ve seen in all my travels, we ended up getting breakfast elsewhere even though we had booked this particular hotel because it provides breakfast. Overall, I think with a few tweaks this hotel could be really great but unfortunately during our stay it was mediocre.
