Ski right up to your front door at this large apartment on the second floor of a traditional style residence.
This spacious, homely apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort. The sunny kitchen/dining/living area has a dining table for 6 people with corner banquette seating. The extensive, wooden kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: A bright, corner room with 2 joined single beds, a Smart TV and large French windows, leading out to a private balcony with stunning mountain views.
Bedroom 2: A large corner bedroom with contemporary décor, warm wooden floors and beautiful views. There are 2 joined single beds and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: A cosy bedroom with a classic wooden double bed and an extensive wardrobe.
Bathroom
A bright bathroom, with another gorgeous mountain view, equipped with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Location
This residence is in a quiet but central part of Livigno, so a car is not essential. It is close to the ski slopes and the ski lift.
Livigno has a multitude of activities all year round. The resort has 2 parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (5 minute drive), and the Carosello 3000 park (3 minute drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.
In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside, including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and high mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park.
Livigno has much to offer in terms of apres-ski activities, with excellent restaurants and some tax free shopping. For something more relaxing the Aquagranda Wellness Centre (6-minute drive) has a mini-water park for children, fitness and spa treatments for adults.
Both Linate and Malpensa airports, Milan are a 3 hour and 50-minute drive from the apartment.
