Perfect Ciry Centre hotel

Given its position in the city centre this was literally one of the quietest hotel rooms I have stayed in. Great location and really nice hotel

I’ve never stayed anywhere before where I’ve actually wanted to rave about how amazing the staff were — but here, they truly stood out. Their customer service was so flawless that, for once, I wasn’t even looking for faults in the room like I usually do! A big thank you to Aussie who was working reception in the evening , he really left a lasting impression on us with his polite and warm customer care. Just a heads-up: the hotel is attached to a Wetherspoons and a few bars opposite , so if you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, this might not be the best fit. Luckily, we weren’t bothered by the noise since we were out for the evening anyway. My only real complaint is the lighting — despite having three mirrors, there was no decent lighting for doing my makeup. This seems to be a common issue in hotels these days, which is a bit baffling, especially considering that many guests are likely getting ready for a night out or event. That said, the rooms were lovely, the price was better than most, and the location is extremely central — just a 12-minute walk from the train station. Overall, a great stay!
