Overall the hotel was great, great location, staff, room and food. The only reason for not giving full stars is there was a bit of rubbish left in our room, one of the towels had a dirty mark on it and the sparkling rosè at the bar was not enjoyable.

Great hotel but poor breakfast

Check in service was excellent and room large with a very comfortable bed. Only thing that let the hotel down for me was the breakfast - no real fresh fruit options and yoghurt was runny, coffee not the best so my advice would be to book this great hotel but have breakfast somewhere else.

We were only staying for one night so it was ok for our purpose. The staff were efficient and helpful, and we had a bar meal on arrival and breakfast the following morning and both were excellent.

The Pullman is a great hotel, one of the best in Liverpool, great location, nice staff, good breakfast, quality rooms with loads of space, and the river view rooms are amazing. This time I had to stay at the very last minute due to travel chaos - weekend rates in Liverpool are eye-watering everywhere but this was especially expensive and above what even an excellent hotel like this should be charging for a single night in my view. I don't mind paying a bit extra for good quality like this but it was a Lot. I will definitely stay here again in future as it's a favourite treat, but Liverpool weekend prices are getting way out of hand.
