Great stay

We stayed here while we discovered Liverpool. There wasn’t nothing bad about this hotel, the room was lovely, clean and quite, we would definitely recommend this hotel

Worth a stay

Booked as visiting daughter on her 21st birthday. Have stayed here a couple of times. Clean and nice rooms. We arrived at 12 to bag drop but were allowed in the room. Literally dropped the bags to head out. Noticed a weird smell but thought it would go. Arrived in room later in evening and room smelt strongly of cabbage. Reception were very good and came to check and agreed it wasn’t a good smell and moved us.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Property was very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was reception wasn’t “obvious”. It looked like students sat at a table, there was no signage stating it was reception or check in so we stood there for a while. Finally worked it out, got checked in. Member of staff wasn’t very helpful with regards to the lift etc. other than that it was good and the breakfast was beautiful
