The Space:
Set within a Grade II listed building, The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine II features a charming Georgian-style terrace and entrance, as well as high ceilings and tall bay windows that enhance its elegant and historic character.
Inside it boasts a spacious living area with an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the dining and kitchen spaces. The combination of light-coloured walls, dark cupboards, a wooden dining table with matching benches, and green sofa beds together creates a warm and welcoming ambience. The sofa beds can comfortably sleep one guest on each.
A sleek wall-mounted Smart TV in the living area provides entertainment, while the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, hob and oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to enjoy a home made meal.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with three single bunk beds sleeping six guests, another with a double bed for two, and the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin.
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with their own Smart TVs for unwinding at any time of day. Each room also has a desk and chair by the mirror, ideal for vanity use or even work.
