Superb location for ACC/ Arena

Great location for a conference at the ACC. Apartment was spacious, clean and well presented. Tea/coffee & milk provided. Uncomfortable pillows and no dishcloth/ sponge, dishwasher tablets or teatowel which made cleaning up after cooking difficult. Having to phone up to pay a security deposit was rather inconvenient and somewhat unusual- surely a secure link would be more appropriate- business travellers don't have time to visit the office to pay in cash so instead I had to pay over the telephone.

Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under.

Clean and comfortable

Could do with clearer instructions on exactly where the door is and where the lockers are, The apartment was clean and tidy, needed a bowl or a plug in the kitchen sink so you could wash up, also a brush and brush pan so you could sweep the every day crumbs etc up. The shower was very hot, impossible to make it a comfortable temperature. I would definitely recommend them

The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious. Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches.

Not getting the entry code until after I arrived and called them added a lot of unneeded stress. But apartment very good and could not have been closer to arena (less than 1 min). Mattress was surprisingly basic and pillows thing and cheap.

Dreadful experience

Apartment was dirty on arrivall. WiFi worked intermittently. Two wardrobes but not a single coat hanger in either of them. Bimbarded with messages trying to squeeze more money out of me but radio silence when complaining about the above. Do not give these people your money, you will regret it.

Cheap and convenient but needs a good scrub

Very convenient for AAC and only a 10 minute stroll to City Centre. Also very good value. Building although new is quite shabby. Doors don’t fit in frames. Noisy banging doors without closure devices banging half the night. Lack of a shaving mirror. Superficially clean. Long dark hairs all over floor. Bathroom only partially cleaned. Very much jn need of a deep clean and some dusting.

Decent few days stay.

Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place.
