Had issues with front desk staff - check-in person spoke so soft and slurred all the words that I could barely got any information and had to ask again about where breakfast would be, check out staff failed to note with maintenance about my approved late check-out request, so I was knocked on twice and called into the room before my check out time. Breakfast was mediocre. The AC unit in the room was so old and gross. For the price paid, I should have booked Holiday Inn instead.

I have stayed here several times for work. On this occasion there was construction on the building. The hammer drill ran nonstop until 7:15 pm and started back before 7 am the next morning. And a portion of the parking lot was roped off for construction vehicles which is not a big deal but it was at the front and made getting into the hotel challenging when you parked in the parking lot.

At 6 AM Roof Repairs woke up my room on the 5 th floor. When I called the front seat they said Nothing could be done. They had to start work when it was cooler. I requested from Expedia a complete refund. The hotel said they were the only way a refund could be issued. I await Expedia’s refund.
