No utilities, no cell service, no internet, no water, no heat due to storm. No one contact me to notify of the situation! Power had been out since Tuesday, 12/23. I arrived at 10:00 PM on 12/24 and had no idea! We had to stayed that night. I tried to contact the emergence contact. It would have been much appreciated if someone had contacted me. I purchased the travel insurance, and I could have made other plans. Everyone was very nice, understanding, and accommodating once we were able talk with contact person.

What an amazing find! Great layout so pretty much everyone gets a view - common area is perfect for beach gazing and sunsets. Check in process was easy and the staff very responsive and helpful. Make sure you have everything you might need because it’s not close to stores (I consider that a huge plus) I can’t wait to stay here again!!!

The floor was dirty. The innkeeper had to have it mopped. The patio like was burnt out and the had to change it. Huge unknown stain on the carpet. Rear slider lock broken and safety device was a wooden stick in the track. Shower head detached from the wall about to fall off. Owner receptive to getting the floor cleaned and light changed out but for over $400 a night was not willing to give a discount and only offered for a future stay. I did not accept as we will never stay here again. All he said to that comment was ok and bye and hung up. The property could be really nice if the owners cared about it. The grounds are full of weeds and spider webs. Void of any security or safety lighting in walking dirt paths.

Cute cottages with beautiful views

Had to bail on camping because my dog was not a fan so booked this place last minute and now I wish I'd just booked this instead. Gorgeous views, property is beautiful and it's dog friendly so plenty of other dogs here for mine to make friends with. Definitely worth a stay and I will be coming back.

The concept of the “cottages” is great but the maintenance is lacking. Come on! We had to put wooden sticks in the sliding door to lock it and living room window to hold it up! The windows were very dirty as were the Sun roof windows. The furniture was horrible and uncomfortable. After following the directions for the gas fireplace it never came on. It would be so nice if the cottages were cleaned up, repaired and had a cozy decor. It was only 1 step above camping. We won’t be going back.
