Our stay in York.

Great Hotel in a great location, friendly welcome and greeting from the staff on duty at the time of check-in. Lovely clean room on arrival, big bed but soft pillows, i believe you can request firm pillows during the booking process. Would highly recommend and definitely return again.

A perfect stay

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from The station. It's new, clean, and a short walk into the city centre. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a very good choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel close to rail station and town centre

Perfectly clean hotel. Efficient check-in, friendly helpful staff. Good selection of cereals and fresh fruit at breakfast. Plates for hot food on the small side, not quite big enough for two slices of toast. Would also prefer a choice of eggs rather just the scrambled option.

Wonderful stay everything very clean and staff were extremely helpful and friendly perfectly located for the town just a short walk but just far enough away not to be in the middle of the busy night life, only one thing that could improve is the menu for daytime and evening is extremely limited especially if your traveling with any asd family members, breakfast was wonderful on the other hand plenty of options for everyone will most definitely stay here again

Great for a base when visiting

This is not a luxury high end hotel however it is new, modern, great location and ideal of its somewhere to sleep whilst on a city break. Breakfast is ok apart from the waffle station which was great (my 4 year old loved it). Overall a hassle free stay and would stay again if my trip was out and about mostly.

Nightmare

Had to change rooms twice and no I am not a habitual complainer first room next to toilet and bang opposite gym second room bed broken fan would not turn off so kept us awake then in the morning sound like chairs coming through roof obviously dining room direct above we got a deal so I my opinion they put you in the worst rooms

Everything is good except the parking situation. You have to park in a near by parking place with a discounted price. When i searched for hotel i specified a free parking but the details are hidden in the description. You have to walk a bit to get to parking which is the only problem with this. Rest everything is good. Loved their breakfast buffet
