Conditions surprisingly bad even though newer. Shower door wouldn’t close. Staff was shampoo carpet hallway for an entire hour 8am one morning and were hammering and drilling something in the next room another morning also 8am for an hour. Elevator was broken so we had to carry our bags down 3 flights when we left. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

We enjoyed the staff and the new hotel rooms. We loved everything about our stay. And it's dog friendly for our furry baby. The decor at the front desk area and the restaurant and gathering areas are beautiful. The library was one of my favorite areas.
