Located a stone's throw from Lake Lewisville. Enjoy those long Texas nights on any one of the three covered patios, including an over-sized upstairs balcony with spectacular views of the Lake. The home boasts many modern touches such as a waterfall kitchen island, and game area. A sizable backyard completes this truly impressive estate. The whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3700 square foot single family home has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The sprawling floor plan includes an ensuite FULL bath in EVERY bedroom and a full bath conveniently located in the 3-car garage. This home includes many clever and convenient accents, including a walk-through pantry, mudroom, large utility room, game room, separate office, and dual walk-in closets in the primary suite.
Each bedroom has a 50" smart tv.

Security Ring cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only the exterior of the house. Ring camera doorbell at the front door, 1 at the front the house, 1 in the front of the garage, another 1 facing the driveway and 2 facing the backyard. The 2 cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the backyard. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of key outdoor areas, including the upstairs balcony, downstairs patio and hot tub. This setup ensures that all significant sections of the backyard are consistently observed for security and safety purposes.

We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. Though this house can sleep 20 or more people, there is an extra guest fee of $25 per head after the first 6 guests.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve had thus far with VRBO!! We came for a wedding at Knotting Hill. Sarah goes above and beyond in delivering excellence. First, the place, CLEAN! The linens smelled lovely and fresh, the place had the most awesome clean smell throughout. Extra bedding and linens if needed. Plenty place for a large family with kids or couples. The rooms have their own bathrooms, there are more than enough bathrooms! Even one in the garage, like whattt?? Amazing. Next, Sarah’s response time is impeccable any concerns or questions are handled promptly. We had a bridesmaid that left her Apple Watch, Sarah made sure we got it once recovered and with a smile! That’s not just customer service, that’s Excellent Service! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and her place to anyone. You will not be disappointed. The place is amazing!

We had a wonderful time as our family gathered here from around the world for a week to celebrate our daughter's wedding. The location and the capacity of the home were a big criteria for us when making our selection. This home turned out to be just 3 minutes from our venue and the capacity of 20 was perfect. The house is very modern, well-maintained, fully furnished with attention to every little detail. On top of that, Sarah and Emmanuel are very responsive and caring hosts. They replied to all our messages / calls promptly, took care of the maintenance immediately, replenished the supplies as needed! All of our family members from around the globe absolutely loved their experience here. We highly recommend this property.

The property was the perfect thing for our large family group. We loved eating on the back patio and relaxing in the hot tub. Each room has ample space to relax it's own private bathroom where we got dressed for a wedding. The bonus bunk room allowed for the cousins to have a super memorable and comfortable sleepover. We had a great stay here. The host was welcoming and highly responsive to questions and concerns.

Absolutely fantastic property. Sarah O is a great host. The property had items that we did not anticipate needing such as a pack and play for my son's 1y old who visited us for a day. The upper balcony was lovely. The room configurations were perfect with a large upper room for all the kids. The pool / air hockey table provided hours of entertainment as we battled the 100 degree TX heat. Love this home and highly recommend it for others with a large family or group.

This rental was as described. We had plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was nicely stock for cooking and we appreciated the small touches of drinks and snacks when we arrived. Grocery stores were a short drive for food and restaurants were also close by. The older kids enjoyed the 8 bed room with a pool table right outside door. A big bonus for us was the many bathrooms- A. We would have enjoyed the hot tub, but the weather was in the 100’s. Sarah had very prompt responses to any questions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Incredible House

Had our 11th Annual golf trip, guys from all over Texas and Arizona. Couldn’t be more happy about the accommodations. Better than advertised. If we come back to Dallas area, we are definitely going to try to stay here again.

Graduation Celebration

Our graduation celebrants of fourteen adults and one infant ranged in age from eight months to 94 years. The property exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. The host, Sarah O, was readily available to answer all my questions prior to our stay, as well as making sure an infant crib and high chair were available. Although the six and a half bathrooms were initially the main attraction, we found an immaculate, well-appointed and provisioned home that perfectly accomodated us. Our guests were delighted and amazed to learn everything was provided by Sarah O, not by me. I brought myself and food for four days! Our seasoned group of users of short term rentals all agreed the Parkwood experience surpassed any previously experienced. The absolute level of cleanliness of the property was especially appreciated. I plan to reserve this home for future occasions in the area.
