We checked in early but no rooms were available. We were glad that the hotel was able to hold our luggage till check in time so we were able to see some of the sites without having to carry our luggage all over the city. Overall, we had a really good experience. Location was central and about 15 mins to the airport. Metro and rest close by.

We got the superior room and it was very spacious. Bathroom was great as well with double sinks and spacious shower. Buffet breakfast had a a great variety of items and the sitting area was cozy and comfortable with great service. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel was midway between airport and all the major attractions and Uber is cheap in Lisbon so we just took that to reach all the attractions.

Nice hotel well located close to metro

Excellent location and value

Loved the location of the hotel (just steps away from the Saldanha metro station, and therefore easily connected to the city center and the airport). The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are good size. Mine showed signs of some wear on the carpet, and the bed is super firm - I felt like I was sleeping on floor boards. But aside from these minor and totally individual things, a very good hotel for the money, where I would definitely stay again.

The staff was phenomenal. The front desk management, to the dining staff at breakfast, and our Bartender Jefferson Ferreira were all amazing. All were extremely Professional along with helpful, & kind,. And they all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. If I had to suggest anything it would be perhaps toiletries without any perfumes, an iron, and coffee machine in rooms. Besides that, everything was perfect , clean, and tasteful. We made friends with the staff, and made great memories. Definately recommend.

This hotel was perfect from arrival to departure! They made sure everything was incredible! The buffet breakfast was delicious too! So close to all different types of restaurants from burgers to Indian to Turkish and sushi. there are grocery stores nearby within walking distance.

Hotel is right by an exit to Saldanha metro station. There are several restaurants nearby and a Continente supermarket within 100 meters. Hotel was very clean. Fortunately I speak some Portuguese as the receptionist had zero English. Clean comfortable and fairly priced
