The hotel is extremely wonderful! The staff is so friendly and helpful & the aesthetic of the entire building is excellent with attention to details. The room was very clean and the welcome brownies were delicious! The only complaint I have is water from the shower leaked a little bit outside the shower door, but thats it! I wish this franchise expanded beyond Portugal I would stay at Wine and Books each time I travel!

This property is very modern and eco friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the food is organic and fresh. I felt so safe and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. I especially enjoyed the spa after a long day of traveling. The hotel is super super clean. I cannot wait to come back and stay here in Lisbon but also see their other property in Porto. I highly recommend this hotel. I travelled with my family.

I had an excellent stay here! The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped with impressive amenities. The staff was friendly and professional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Fernando at the concierge desk—he was incredibly helpful and shared great tips about local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the restaurant service was top-notch. The location was perfect, close to key landmarks and easy to reach by public transportation. I’d definitely stay here again!
