The property features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 en suite bathroom, a living room equipped with a dining area, sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and internet. Guests can prepare their own meals using the modern fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter). The flat has a garage upon request.

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.



Please note that check-ins between:

8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.
