Does not look as clean and modern as the pictures suggest. It is close to the big train station and a large mall, which is a plus. There are baby cribs in the rooms, which I did not request. The staff are overall helpful in giving advice on the local area but do not have good advice or insights into travel in portugal, as we had our next stop in south portugal and needed some help with logistics.

Staff were great, breakfast was great but the hotel room was just ok. In need of repairs especially in the bathroom. Nothing major just scuffs, dents and generally wear and tear that you won’t expect from a hotel at this level. Uncomfortable beds and pillows as well.

I stayed at Tivoli the night before I flew out from Lisbon. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to Oriente station, estimate 15 minutes train ride to the airport. There is also a mall nearby if you’d like to do some shopping. If you need to get to the city center, it’s about half an hour metro ride or take the train to Santa Apolonial around 10 minutes (train runs less frequently compared to metro). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. They had my room ready for me even I arrived early. The hotel is in good condition. I am a light sleeper so staying at a quiet area is very important to me. I didn’t hear much noise even though the hotel is so closed to the train station. My stay at Tivoli was pleasant and I would recommend to you if you have to catch an early morning flight or train at Oriente.
