Experienced hosts but a fresh new home for you to enjoy.
THINGS TO LOVE
- Beautifully appointed top floor of the main house
- 10 minute walk to town, the beach and the amazing Ericeira reserve
- Shared pool and outdoor shower
- Dedicated heat and air conditioning in all rooms
- Outdoor shower with hot water
- Work-friendly internet and Wi-Fi
- Committed to sustainability
- We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive.
- We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early
THINGS TO KNOW
- On a property with a guest house and possible downstairs ground floor guests but there is excellent insulation and noise between floors is minimal
- The bunk beds are designed for children under 12 years old
- Please note the limited seating for meals (5) at the table
- Dedicated but shared driveway parking for 2 cars and parking in front of the house
- The pool is not heated
- Light sleepers may hear the traffic on N247
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival
