Fantastic stay at Ridan apartments, apartment was lovely, 2 bedroom, clean and spacious. Great location. The only draw back was the noise from the street and area from the music which went on until just after midnight. Would definitely stay again.

Omg!!! I can’t believe the service was over the top!!! I loved all the stuff especially Luisa, she went above and beyond with helping out with our luggage’s and we had a lot with just everything we need in general. I’m so grateful for her. The hotel room amazing, the view from the balcony is speechless in the hotel is in the middle of everything. Highly recommended to everyone I know thank you for your services.

Loved the stay here!! Loved the location!! Loved the customer service and loved the staff. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon and is walking distance to a lot of the attractions and night life. We stayed on the top floor and the view was spectacular!!

The location was nice easy walk to the River. There was a lot of noise so if you like to listen to nightlife it was great. The size the property was great and we had plenty of room. Loved the kitchen area as well.

Good location. Only one very thin towel per person. On our last day, after a full day out touring around we came back to our apartment to find the front door unlocked and ajar. Luckily nothing appeared missing but very concerning that the cleaning staff didn't lock up properly. When I spoke the front desk manage, he said he would get back to me. Haven't heard a peep.

This hotel is located close to many good restaurants and shops. The room was well organized and clean, but the space is limited. There is a platform elevator which is extremely slow. Our main concern was the air conditioning system which we can’t control. The room was too warm and we couldn’t lower the temperature.

The property is in a great location. The sink in the main bedroom was out of commission because of a leak behind the wall. We could smell mold and the person in that room has a mold intolerance so it was not a good situation.
