From 3/19/25 to 3/26/25 very uncomfortable stay.
We were assigned to a room, #502, with multiple issues. AC wasn’t working resulting in stagnant air. We had 6 restless sleep out of 7 nights stay. Complaining repeatedly to the front desk, but they did nothing to fix the broken AC and no one suggested we could switch room until Monday night, Nuno, came up to our room and confirmed the dysfunctional AC and allowed us to change room the following day, March 25.
TV remote control and in room phone broke but were fixed later on.
The water sometimes lukewarm, not hot.
We had to grip the the narrow shower head when showering because of the 1/3 of the shower door only covered small area of the bathtub, the water would have flooded the entire bathroom if the slim shower head wasn’t held firmly so it’s impossible to wash hair.
The guy (did not get his name) who received us upon arrival at the hotel on March 19, was weird asking us for our credit card information, asking him why he said in case we want to have breakfast at the hotel and want to use SPA. We told him, if that happens we would provide credit card information but not beforehand.
