Overall, I was very happy about the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room. Once small remark: the glass tablet in the bathroom of room 512 should be fixed better to the wall as it was a bit crooked and my razor and brush kept sliding off and fall into the sink.

Not a 4 star hotel, but great location. Rooms are nice, clean, but missing more furniture. I had bad experience what about breakfast, they start at 8!!! I know I should check, my fault. But I came at 7:40, asking if I can just grab something and run for meeting... absolutly not! Lady at reception said no, nothing is ready. 20 min before opening?! My colleague beg for cup of tea, got itlater with ungry face of staff. Overall, hotel is good for short stay.

We had a great time at Maxime. Our room was very spacious, we stayed at superior room for 3 days, it was safe and quiet despite windows looking at the busy square. The main shopping, restaurants and attractions were all within walking distance. We loved our stay and would come back if in Lisbon again

This is a historic and unique hotel right smack in the middle of the city. Everything is within walking distance and free street parking is available from 7pm to 9am overnight. The staff is friendly and super helpful in providing guidance and recommendations.

Did not see anywhere in the Expedia listing that this hotel is a cabaret/brothel themed hotel. Wife wasn't thrilled with the wallpaper and decor with women in fishnet stockings and corsets. Rather tacky.

Staff were great and recommended an authentic Portuguese restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was a good start to the day. I wish we’d stayed for a night when there was a show. I’d love to come back and see one.
