Ótima localização

Ótima localização, próximo a bares, restaurantes e do Metro, porém o apartamento está pouco conservado, principalmente o banheiro que precisa de uma reforma. O sofá-cama na sala é muito bom e espaçoso. Cozinha pequena e funcional.

Todo muy bien. Lo único a tener en cuenta es la ducha, el lugar es muy pequeño, si medís más de 1,74 mts y pesas más de 80 kg no entras...

Annonse som sier ingenting om kjeller leilighet

På annonsen står det ingen steder at leiligheten er kjeller leilighet. Hele leiligheten lukter mugg. Ingen vinduer du kan åpne for å få frisk luft . Terassen kan åpnes men ligger intil bakgård som gir 20% dagslys men 0% lufting. Leiligheten innholder avfukter (dehumidifier) som må tummes for vann hver tredje time på grunn av fuktighet i kjelleren. Anbefales ikke for folk som har astma allergi eller eksem, ette som min sønn har eksem, min datter har astma. Du vil merke høy hodepine etter noen få timer på grunn av mugg lukten. God natt søvn kan du bare glemme.

Custo benefício em Lisboa

Localização fantástica, e mesmo assim as noites foram silenciosas. Check in e out atencioso, flexível e sem complicações. O ambiente é um pouco úmido e existem pontos de mofo, mas deixar as janelas abertas resolve.
