This property was in a pretty good location for walking to restaurants and many other things like hop on hop off locations. The young people at the front desk and especially the baggage/room handlers, were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and they offered a 5 euro food/drink voucher to not clean the room- eco friendly. We missed the whole light show but caught the end one night. Looked cute from what we saw. We did experience a problem with the thermostat that kept wanting to shut off- that was annoying since we were there during a heat wave. Our friends had 2 other rooms and did not experience this. We only had breakfast there but the food was good and Mimosas were available. Also you could ask for lattes and they were delicious. Overall a great experience.

Lisbon Lumen fantastic stay

We found that the Lumen hotel in Lisbon was exceptional in all areas. The staff just couldn't do enough for you and were there each day with a smile and a greeting without fail. The breakfast was very good and having stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels across Europe the Lumen ranked highly in all areas with value for money and management should be very proud of the staff that represent the company.

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is located within a 15-minutes drive from downtown. The pool area is very nice and relaxing after a long day of walking. We had a very pleasant 6-night stay at the hotel.

Great value for large clean and comfortable rooms in a modern building that is pretty convenient to central Lisbon. Very quiet in the room. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The light show is an interesting amenity. Excellent breakfast. 5 Euro voucher for each day you don’t require housekeeping.
