Includes a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, one bathroom with bathtub, one bathroom with shower, a social bathroom on the ground floor, a room bedroom, bathroom on the garage floor and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It also has several balconies, most of which with magnificent sea view and outdoor table, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, iron, internet access (wifi) and hair dryer. It is located 800 m from the centre of Ericeira, 950 m from Fishermen's Beach and 4 km from Ribeira D'Ilhas Beach.
