LISBON SKY VIEW 3BR HOME + NEAR AIRPORT + FREE PARKING

Cozy home with plenty of natural light, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen! Located on a top floor with a beautiful sky view to the Tagus River and the Airport. The home is situated in Portela, a nice quiet residential area on the east side of Lisbon next to Parque das Nações. It's steps away from Centro Comercial da Portela shopping mall and there's also close Bus and Metro connections that can take you to, and from, the City Center, Downtown, Train Stations and the Airport.


***The space***
Our cozy home it's one floor before the top so it’s a very relaxing place with gorgeous skyline views, no street noises, and sun all day long! You will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere thanks to the plenty of natural light and modern interior design style. The apartment is suitable for any kind of guests, from couples, families or small groups, to business men and women and solo travelers.

The apartment is recently refurbished and finely furnished with:
1) Master bedroom: King size bed, a 32” 4K SMART TV (Cable TV) and Air Conditioning (cool and heat).
2) Office bedroom: Sofa/single bed/king size bed, an office desk, filled with some books and magazines, and a 28” HDTV (Cable TV + CHROMECAST).
3) Zen (relaxing) bedroom: Queen size futon bed over japanese tatami mats and a guitar.
4) Living/Dining room: L shape sofa set, an armchair, a coffee table, dining table and chairs, a 50” 4K Smart TV (NOS TV Box), Air Conditioning (cool and heat), and some board games.
5) Kitchen: fully stocked with complete household appliances (blender, electric citrus juicer, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, toaster, electric water kettle with tea pot, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, glass ceramic hob, exhaust hood, dishwasher machine, vacuum cleaner), cooking utensils, some basic spices, and cleaning materials and supplies.
6) Laundry room: it’s actually located inside the kitchen on the rear side near the window, and it’s equipped with a roll-up clothesline to hang your clothes, a cloth ironing machine and board, as well as a 2-in-1 washer/dryer machine - laundry detergent is provided!
7) Two Bathrooms: equipped with both a toilet and a bathtub. A bath towel for each guest is provided, as well as a hand towel in each bathroom. You will also find one hair dryer in the cabinet. Shower gel and shampoo are also provided!

The apartment is equipped with high speed (fiber optic) WIFI internet connection throughout all rooms. The SMART TVs are installed with NETFLIX, AMAZON, HBO, YOUTUBE, and many other apps, so you can watch your favorite shows and movies :) (you must login with your own accounts though). Both TVs also have MIRACAST activated, so you can stream your smartphone/PC content directly to these TVs. The HDTV in the office bedroom is equipped with a CHROMECAST, so you can also stream to this TV.
All TVs have cable TV with more than 140 channels (international channels included), nonetheless, the living room TV has a NOS TV box installed which has even more channels with a rewatch/rewind back feature.

Each division is also equipped extension sockets with a travel universal plug adapter and USB ports, so you can charge all of your smartphones and electronic devices no matter what continent are you from :)


***Guest access***
Guests will be able to access the entire apartment, so you can make yourselves at home! There's only a small cabinet in the kitchen that is locked with key.


***The neighbourhood***
Portela is a very quiet residential neighbourhood and it has great transport connections with a bus stop 728 right in front of the building that can take you directly to the City Center (Cais do Sodré, Praça do Comércio, Belém, etc.) and also passes through Parque das Nações, Train/Bus/Metro Station "Gare do Oriente", Vasco da Gama shopping center, Altice Arena and FIL.

There's a shopping mall and a supermarket within walking distance, only 300m away, with also many other facilities, such as bakeries, restaurants and shops. There's also a nice park close by good for jogging or to take a walk.

Since Portela is located right next to the Lisbon municipality, but it's not part of it, Portela is Tourist/City Tax FREE :)


***Getting around***
-Car: if you take a taxi/Uber/Cabify or rent a car at the airport, it's just 3km away, 7min driving from our place! (check the maps in the photos).

- Free street parking: there are around 80 parking slots all around the building where one can park your car for free (check last photos).

- Bus 722: this bus can take you in 10mins from the airport to our home, and vice-versa (check the maps in the photos).
- Bus 728: the stop is located right in front of the building and it takes you from Portela all the way to the City Centre, passing through the train station "Estação Gare do Oriente" and "Vasco da Gama" mall centre, Parque das Nações, train station "Santa Apolónia", Praça do Comércio, Cais do Sodré, Santos, Belém and the monuments "Mosteiro dos Jerónimos" and "Padrões dos Descobrimentos" (check the route schedule in the photos).

- Metro: closest stops are "Encarnação" (20 mins walking) and "Moscavide" (25 mins walking)


***Guest Interaction***
We won't be available in person. But you'll be able to access the building and the apartment with a code. Three days before your arrival we will send you your access code. This code will be activated from the day of your arrival at 3PM until 11AM of the day of your departure. If you arrive before 3PM, you can contact us to verify if the apartment is ready to receive you.

For the check-out you are asked to leave before 11AM and to close the entrance door. Please leave all the cookware and dishes clean, windows closed and ACs and all electronic devices turned off.
