I had a very pleasant stay overall. The best part was the location and the room itself—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, and water. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. That said, there’s room for improvement in the restaurant and bar areas, which felt a bit neglected and were often quite empty. It also would have been nicer if the room cleaning was more timely—on some days, housekeeping hadn’t come by even after 3pm.

We can not say enough about the staff at the Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel. We were there during the massive power outage that impacted all of Portugal and Spain and the staff went above and beyond to insure the comfort of their guests. In addition to having a clean and spacious room, they were one of a few hotels to have a backup generator to support the hotel.

The hotel and Saff went above to get me checked out and to the airport with a very early flight schedule. Taxi was waiting, luggage was collected and a breakfast box prepared for me. This was around 3:30 am so they were on the ball!

The lobby is modern, clean, and nice. The room was modern and clean, but a bit odd. Only a glass wall (transparent) separated the shower from the rest of our room. That's probably okay for most couples, but perhaps a bit inconvenient for others. (Our room had a queen size bed, so presumably most occupants would be couples and not mind the transparent shower wall.) The worst feature was the window in our room. We had no view whatsoever. Although the room was on the third floor, the window opened to a sloped side street -- at about shin level to the people walking by (and it stuck on the window ledge and thus opened only a couple of inches). We had to keep it closed all the time. It was something I might expect from the lowest price room at a hotel, but that's not what we reserved or expected.

This is a nice hotel and the young woman at the front desk was very helpful. The location wasn’t as central as I hoped for my purposes so likely wouldn’t stay again for that reason. The room was newly renovated but if you’re travelling with a friend be aware that the bathroom walls are glass. Nice staircase in lobby.

Great location. Quiet area and one short block away from Prada and Armani, if you plan to shop on Liberdad. Staff was exceptional and even arranged for early breakfast to accommodate early flight. Will definitely be my "go to" place on my next visit yo Lisbon.
