The hotel and Saff went above to get me checked out and to the airport with a very early flight schedule. Taxi was waiting, luggage was collected and a breakfast box prepared for me. This was around 3:30 am so they were on the ball!

The lobby is modern, clean, and nice. The room was modern and clean, but a bit odd. Only a glass wall (transparent) separated the shower from the rest of our room. That's probably okay for most couples, but perhaps a bit inconvenient for others. (Our room had a queen size bed, so presumably most occupants would be couples and not mind the transparent shower wall.) The worst feature was the window in our room. We had no view whatsoever. Although the room was on the third floor, the window opened to a sloped side street -- at about shin level to the people walking by (and it stuck on the window ledge and thus opened only a couple of inches). We had to keep it closed all the time. It was something I might expect from the lowest price room at a hotel, but that's not what we reserved or expected.

This is a nice hotel and the young woman at the front desk was very helpful. The location wasn’t as central as I hoped for my purposes so likely wouldn’t stay again for that reason. The room was newly renovated but if you’re travelling with a friend be aware that the bathroom walls are glass. Nice staircase in lobby.

Great location. Quiet area and one short block away from Prada and Armani, if you plan to shop on Liberdad. Staff was exceptional and even arranged for early breakfast to accommodate early flight. Will definitely be my "go to" place on my next visit yo Lisbon.

Really Good

Fabulous hotel very close to main street in Lisbon. The area around the hotel was very good - plenty of restaurants. The area is very walkable. Hotel is in very good condition. Parking at the weekend is free which is very welcome. Only problem I had was getting to the hotel by car - there are roadworks happening at the moment and the street is inaccessible when following Google Maps. This should be sorted shortly and definitely didn't have a negative impact on our visit. I will stay at the Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel when I visit Lisbon again.

“The fart hotel”

The lobby and pictures of this hotel are gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful. And then you get to the room and it smells like they are pumping in fart air. We had intermittent sewage smells coming into the room the entire time. We didn’t ask for a new room because we felt it would still smell. Rooms are tiny and hard for a couple to put out luggage. Staff was excellent at maintaining sheets/ towels, and the bed was comfortable. The other part that really bugged me- the floor is all made of this strange rubber carpet material… even in the toilet area. Not knowing how extensively this was cleaned made it feel sketchy to walk around barefoot. We used the slippers they gave us which had yellow stains from use- see picture. Definitely would not stay again

This place is an oasis. It is stunning and the staff are amazing. We had been upgraded to a corner suite. Wow! But even if we hadn’t it was very special Don’t let the exterior fool you. It’s what’s on the inside that matters. It’s gorgeous and the reception staff are brilliant Areas to improve Breakfast: lots of empty things and having to ask for plates, cutlery, salt and pepper Bar: The bar man serving us was miserable, didn’t know how to make the cocktail on the menu. Made it very badly.
