This was an absolutely lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms were luxurious and immaculate. The manager of the restaurant (Celia) was so efficient, and she and the staff were so welcoming. She even remembered our names after the first morning. Other staff in the hotel were also so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located and staff are extremely pleasant. We were surprised by turn down service, local pastry pastel de nada, and cherry liquor to make our own nighttime cocktail. The receptionist was great with recommendations and a marked map.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel right at home. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious hot buffet breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. My wife and I have just returned from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s is a beautiful environment and is kept exceptionally clean at all times. All staff we encountered were happy, polite, helpful and professional and just really nice people. Our room was very well equipped, spacious, clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent even for my vegan requirements. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough - we had a wonderful first visit to Lisbon and this hotel has made us both want to return again soon.

It was central to a lot of the main attractions. We only had a day and got to see a lot by walking around. They treated us like gold. I was nervous about possible metro noise from prior reviews. I am a light sleeper and I never heard a thing. We stayed on the 1st floor.

The hotel is on a quiet side area with no direct road in front so drop off by the Uber driver was a bit difficult as we did not know where we were going. However, once we found the hotel - it was lovely, very convenient location to all the sites and excellent breakfast included. It is also right next to the tram stop for tram 28. I would definitely recommend!
