I have to say I would highly recommend the Portugal Boutique Hotel, prior to our arrival, the communication was excellent. From the time we arrived, all staff were very welcoming. We booked the premium room which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had great facilities. Breakfast was good, although the ‘hot’ options were limited, but I have to say the quality of the food was great, including the orange juice!! I would certainly book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Room was fine, the floor was moving under the carpet and tiles were wobbly in a place. I didn’t know but there is a train station right below, heard trains all night but still great location, nice breakfast buffet.

Fab location by rossio metro and 28 and 15 tram routes. Spacious room, with huge bathroom, comfy bed and a complementary drink of ginja. Very helpful reception team. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and omelettes to order. Only critique is the hot drinks; teabag brand poor quality and tasteless, as were the various coffees we tried…this was consistently bad throughout our stay. Hotel should defo consider switching brands and/or hot drinks machine as this doesn’t match the rest of our excellent experience. Other than this, thoroughly recommend this place. Wonderful stay!

The room is relatively clean but it’s very small. The carpet is kind of dirty. There are not enough hangers. Housekeeping is slow. Breakfast is okay but lacks variety. Location is great.

Portugal Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations! I booked a somewhat last minute 1 night stay here when I needed to arrive in Lisbon a day earlier than friends I was meeting. My Uber driver and I had a little confusion over where to drop me off, but once I located the side street that the hotel is on it was smooth sailing from there. Staff was extremely friendly during check-in, and later on in the evening when I came down needing toothpaste. The lobby area was very clean and well decorated and my hotel room was larger than expected and very well designed. I didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant or lobby bar, but both appeared nice as well. I loved seeing that the square right at the end of the block had a big market setup, it felt like hotel was right “in the middle of things.” I had such a pleasant night! On a future trip to Lisbon, I would definitely book my entire stay here at the Portugal Boutique Hotel

The staff was accommodating when we asked to check in early. They pointed us in the direction of a good lunch spot and said our room would be ready in about 20 min. They stored our bags and helped us to our room when we returned. Everyone was so friendly and nice.
