Very nice Hotel loved my room front desk staff were very nice and the morning breakfast staff were very nice and good breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is 2* and deserves both stars. Staff are all excellent. Building is showing its age and facilities could do with an update. Breakfast is adequate if monotonous. If feels comfortable and welcoming.

This hotel was very basic in a good way. It has everything you need. It was very clean. Although if you want it to be quiet this is or can be quite noisy at night. Only from having to hear other people's, bathrooms and showers etc. from keeping the window open because it's too hot and there's no air conditioning. But it's really not that bad. I would recommend for clean easy place to stay. That's very close to downtown. The price is accurate for the type of place. The fact that it includes breakfast is awesome and it's in a really nice, safe area. Of I would say more of a high-end area. If you are at all picky then you will not enjoy it. But if you're laid back and he's going, it's a great place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

Amazing location right by the metro and several bus lines and many many wonderful restaurants. Breakfast was serviceable. The room was small but clean.

Old property, decent. Did not have a blackout curtain. Expect (in our room) direct sunlight coming in with no way to block it out since early morning. The staff was very professional and kind.

El moviliario del hotel es muy viejo, las habitaciones standar muy pequeñas pero lo conveniente es que tienen baño privado, el hotel esta en una ubicacion increiblemente adecuada para caminar y revorrer lisboa de manera facil, el hotel esta en una zona de tiendas de marca y teatros y hoteles de 5*, si buscas buen precio y excelente locacion este es el hotel ideal.

Typical 2 star

Location was great for shopping. Roomwas small,with no bath and no view. Beds were comfotable, linenes were a little warn. Front desk was garralous- somewhere between helpful and pushy. Tour bus recommendations were poor. Whole place feels a little rin down. Breakfast was ok, with great pasteles, but breads were often somewhat stale. Overall what we expected for 2 star hotel.
