Amazing breakfast. Shower was EXCEPTIONAL - - water pressure was amazing. Staff was generally attentive. Overall an excellent stay - - a bit of a walk to most attractions - - downhill in the morning but uphill in the evening was a bit demanding especially on hot days. Silver lining was that UBER was very reasonable in Lisbon.

We had a great and easy stay for a week - the staff could not have been more helpful right from breakfast to the pool bar. It was located at the top of the city however it was a nice walk in and Ubers are cheap. The pool was great, aircon and safe in the room made it easier. We had room service one night and it was great portion sizes and quality. Overall very happy with our stay. Lisbon was such fun to visit and the hotel had a large part in this.

Received different info on pool times, bar times, etc. No welcome blurb included breakfast info, room.protocol. etc. Will not recommend, a real disappointment after our stay in Porto. One of the best economically friendly places to stay. The staff is amazing and the rooms are very cool with Bluetooth music and speakers as well as mood lights. The shower had amazing pressure and a waterfall effect!
