Lisbon Visit

Pro's: Location was fantastic, close enough to main areas and yet it felt like a neighbourhood and away from the crazy busy tourist areas. Also found the apartment very clean overall. Cons: Our main concerns was about bedding, where there should be an additional protective layer of sheets for mattress and pillows, given these beds are used by different people. I found the sheets very thin and felt like I was practically sleeping on the mattress. I also had to go buy my own dishwashing liquid and soap, as they were not generous at all with any of these supplies which should be considered basic supplies and very cheap for management company to provide considering how much money they make from these rentals. Finally, I also found communication poor from management company, as they never responded to several of my inquiries. Again, really enjoyed the location and area but the management company needs to think bigger picture and fix some of these issues if they want people to return and to have an all-around positive experience.

A fabulous two bedroom suite.

This property was amazing, it was much more than I expected. Very spacious and the furnishings and kitchen were lovely. Bedrooms were great as well and we each had a bathroom. Nice little Juliet balcony looking onto the street which was half a block off of the Main Street in Lisbon. 10 minute walk to Rossi train station. My only regret is that we didn't have time to stay in and cook a meal. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely

Absolutely loved staying here. Felt safe, it was quite and on a quiet street. It was clean and exactly as described. Only thing that needs to change is the mattress’s. they were hard and not very comfortable. After walking all day, I think people need a comfortable mattress. Over all I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rendezvous in Lisboa

Had a blast at the apartment. It is as described. Spacious and very clean. Property manager was very flexible. Had an early flight and was allowed to leave luggage in the apartment. Everything, grocery, attractions, name brand stores (Cartier, Dior, etc.) are within yards from the apartment! We’ll return next year if available. Thanks

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, in posizione perfetta per esplorare la città. Le due camere da letto sono belle e ben attrezzate entrambe, con letti molto comodi. La cucina è ben equipaggiata ma, a differenza di altre case in cui ho soggiornato non troverete nulla nelle dispense e vi sarà consegnata giusto "una" pastiglia di detersivo per lavastoviglie e nessun detersivo per la lavatrice. Il check-in è stato molto complicato, poiché nonostante ci era stato detto via mail che un addetto dell'agenzia si sarebbe trovato sul posto per consegnarci le chiavi, abbiamo atteso invano per scoprire poi che nessuno sarebbe arrivato. Telefonicamente poi dopo lunga attesa ci hanno finalmente sbloccato la serratura per poter accedere in casa.Quindi agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento pessima e personale non gentile. La pulizia della casa inoltre non era accurata.
