The apartment is on the 1st floor and is located in a condominium with swimming pool (opening date 1/5 and closing date 31/10) and garage. It also has internet (wifi) and an iron. It is located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month.
