Just not worth the money

Definitely wouldn't recommend. Its not a 5 star hotel. Rooms skirting boards mouldy, daily cleaning terrible and service is not on par with other 5 star hotels. Best part was the rooftop pool - if you can get a sunbed.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Daniela and Rodrigo. Clean, classy. I wish the outdoor pool was open later. Not open (in the summer) long enough to see the sunset.

The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city.

This is a fine hotel. Our room was lovely, although it took some time to adjust to the "smart home" features. The buffet breakfast is beautiful and sumptuous, and the servers are very attentive. I LOVED the infinity pool and the rooftop bar. I was not as impressed with the actual restaurant menu. The gym facility is good sized with an array of exercise equipment. I did not use the spa or indoor pool area, but they were expansive and gorgeous areas at the hotel. Also a shout out to the helpfulness and professionalism of the front desk staff, especially Marta, and one of our favorite characters was Pedro and his top hat at the front entrance. THANK YOU for a wondeeful stay!

Every detail was thought out. The amenities were all top notch. Breakfast was INSANE--so many delicious options to choose from. The service was impeccable. Everyone on the entire staff was friendly, professional and adept. The little "surprises" in the room every day, specialty chocolates, macaroons, etc were so fun and appreciated. I would definitely stay at this location and more than willing to recommend any Sans Epic hotel based on this experience.

Wonderful Hotel could not be happier! Staff are amazing friendly and helpful Breakfast was breathtaking So many choices what ever you want The rooftop pool stunning Beautiful views The cabana beds so comfortable but you do have to reserve them.the shower in our room was amazing did not want to get out lol One of the nicest 5 star hotels we have ever stayed in ?you will not regret this hotel
