This was my second stay at Dear Lisbon, my first was 4 years ago just as the world was emerging from the pandemic. On both visits, the staff was super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself is wonderful. Decor is thoughtful and stylish while still feeling warm and comfortable. The lobby room is large and comfy— great if you need to wait a bit for your room to be available but too jet lagged to do more than sit and relax. Breakfast is ample with plenty to choose from and variety from day to day. My husband especially loved the variety of juices— guava, mango, papaya— on offer of the course of our stay. The rooms for both stays were fantastic. Roomy, well-appointed, with a comfy bed. Both times I booked a room with a separate seating and found the couch to be comfy. Everything is very clean. My only suggestion would be better lighting by the bathroom sinks. It wasn’t a big deal for me as I wear minimal make-up, but I can see where others would find it problematic. All around, Dear Lisbon is my favorite hotel of the many I have stayed in. It is a perfect balance of service, comfort, and convenience all at an excellent price. Don’t hesitate, book your room!

All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular Nadia and Samuel. They went out of their way to make time to assist us with advice and recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and transport and always asked about our day when we returned. The hotel is in a good location with the famous 28 tram stopping in the street outside. Our room was a good size with a roomy shower and bathroom and with a balcony. There is a comfortable lounge and outside patio and the breakfast was tasty, varied and constantly refreshed. There are limited drinks available, no bar as such, but there are numerous places in the immediate locality for food and drink. The hotel is a great base to go exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would return.

The Hotel was lovely. Clean with room service every day. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely , breakfast was very good. For me i think they could provide more of a bar for the evening. There basically is no bar, although you could get a glass of wine which came out of a box. That said we would return to this hotel again.

Room and everything was as expected. The Room could do with a coat hook. The terrace was actually two balconies rather than a terrace, but depends upon what you define as a terrace (I guess). The lift goes up to the second floor. Very friendly staff. Room cleaned properly every day. Decent breakfast. Good location for evening meals within five mins walk. Central yet away from the main tourist areas.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of local shops and places to eat. Very walkable to tourist attractions. Our room was on the third floor. There’s a cute balcony. Note that the elevator only goes to the second floor. If there’s mobility issues or heavy luggage then consider staying on a lower floor. Staff is helpful, friendly and courteous.

A charming boutique hotel with high ceilings and a clean, well-kept feel throughout. The staff was warm, personable and attentive, making the stay feel welcoming and relaxed. The location is surrounded by vintage places that add character and a distinctly Lisbon atmosphere. We would stay there again!

Dear Lisbon Gallery House greatly exceeded our expectations! Staff were very kind, welcoming, helpful and patient - always happy to recommend the best food options and things to-do all around the city. Rooms were clean, beautifully designed and refreshed daily. Breakfasts were delicious and with a wide variety of dishes. Each day we received a personalized note from the staff outlining the special events and happenings in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Dear Lisbon Gallery House!

The room was amazing, large clean beautifully presented with a large wardroom area and great bathroom. The staff could not have done more to make your stay memorable. Really nice lounge and reception area to hang out or wait for friends. The breakfast had a great selection of hot, continental, fruit and cereals with superb house coffee.
