Our apartment in Lisbon was wonderful, and the service even more so. They were very attentive, and answered all of our questions, even giving us a free upgrade. The rooms were very clean and we were provided with everything we would want or need. All the appliances that were provided worked wonderfully as well, and clean! They even came with a set of instructions in the event that we were unfamiliar with their capabilities and all in English! During our stay, they were always available to help out, and provided us with a lot of helpful information for getting around the city and exploring. They also utilized Whatsapp for communication and it was easy to access them and get a hold of them when we needed. Many thanks to Fernando for helping us during our stay! Our upgraded room even came with an extra bedroom, which was a lovely surprise, as well as a loft and outside seating area. The location is perfect for walking distance to great restaurants and sight-seeing opportunities. The convenience of the location helped us to orient ourselves and made it easy to find our way back too. Despite being in the center of town, we also had a comfortable and quiet environment in our rooms. We had a great time at Lisbon Best Apartments, and would be delighted to stay with them again.

The room was amazing, spotless, and perfect for our stay. The staff was very kind! We were in Europe from the US for a few weeks. Of the 4 places we stayed, this was by far the best. Water, Nespresso, the marble bathrooms had heated floors and waterfall shower, the windows function well to allow the outdoors in allowing the fresh air in & listening to the vibrancy of the square below while having the ability to close them to eliminate sound & shutters that eliminate any ounce of light from coming in. They came halfway through our stay to provide room service with fresh towels & cleaned the space. On one of the days after a long day out we got back to the apartment to find a beautiful birthday cake & candles waiting for us on my husband's birthday. The accommodation was well worth the price. Close to everything. We walked most places and found BOLT to be easy when we needed a ride (mostly when we were tooo tired to walk uphill). Thank you for the hospitality. We loved our stay!

This hotel is in an excellent location, in a beautiful square, steps from the metro, shops, and restaurants. Communication with staff was very pleasant and recommendations for dining and activities were appreciated. The one issue we had was with towel replacement- instructions were to leave items to be replaced on the floor, which I did one day. However, when we returned, I saw that the same facecloth had been put back on the towel bar in a haphazard manner. So a dirty towel which had been on the floor was put back to be used again. I found this to be unpleasant to say the least and it did make me wonder what else was being missed by the housekeeping staff.

The location was absolutely perfect. Even with a 10-year-old, we were able to walk everywhere—including from Alfama back to the apartment. It was incredibly convenient no matter where we wanted to go. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the tram stopped right outside the door, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless, with a spacious and modern bathroom—truly no complaints at all. Ben gave us a warm welcome and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. If we ever come back to Lisbon, we’d love to stay here again.

We had a great stay right in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment was modern and super comfortable. Great neighbourhood, with access to all the best restaurants, sights, shops. Mafalda greeted us and made our check-in super easy, and provided us with a great list of the best restaurants nearby. Also saw the best Fado show right around the corner! Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean apartment. It is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything and various routes from it to avoid stairs. The only thing which they do not mention in the ads that the parking garage is about a block and a half from the apartment, which is fine but you need to quick drop your bags as there is no where to stop infront. Also they get into your vehicle to show you were the garage is.

Ben was amazing and extra helpful! The location was perfect for walking to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, and more. Even though the apartment overlooks a small, busy square, the quality of the windows and apartment in general was such that there was almost no noise...huge plus!

If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would. I would stay here every time I come to Lisbon. The location is central to everything, there are so many options to dine, public trams and metro transportation drops you off right in front of the apartment, and great nightlife walking distance. The place was so clean, and is cleaned every other day. It was also huge, with walk out access to the balcony with 2 huge doors. The dishwasher, washer/dryer, huge living room and bathroom, AC/heat, huge refrigerator really spoiled us. We had to move to a 5 star hotel in Lisbon to meet up with our tour, and the Lisbon apartment is 4x the size of our hotel and so much nicer than the 5 star. We miss being in the apartment with so much space!! Stay here you will not be disappointed!!!
