Stayed in a private room with a private bathroom. Service was excellent, staff were helpful and allowed us to check-in early. Area is conveniently located walking distance to transit and attractions in the city. I felt safe walking as a woman alone in the neighbourhood. Room and facilities were clean, and the view from our room of the city was beautiful. Would be five stars if our room had its own kettle, cups, shampoo and conditioner. Further, occasionally a strong stinky smell would waft into the bathroom, I’m assuming from the vents. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again!

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The entire place was spotless, and the rooms and lockers were secured with card access, which provided an added sense of safety. Its proximity to the metro station, along with numerous restaurants and attractions nearby, made the stay even more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The stay at Be Lisbon Hostel Intendente was excellent. The room was clean and air-conditioned. The community kitchen was always kept clean and in good condition. The location was close to key sites in the city.

No geral, confortável. Atendentes do balcão sempre solícitos e sorridentes. Todavia, pedi uma cama de casal extra-grande (king size), segundo descrição do site, em que constava que havia. Porém, a cama era de casal comum, pequena. Além disso, a água do chuveiro molhava todo o banheiro, pois o box não isolava.

Clean and spacious single room, had everything I needed. Location was really good - walking distance to Ramiro’s, Martin Monitz (Tram 28) and a short hike up to Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. A fantastic Portuguese souvenir/goods shop called A Vida Portuguesa is right in front of the building. A bit noisy with nightlife in the neighbourhood so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
