Wow what a beautiful hotel! It's modern, airy, bright and located in a very quiet area. The staff are fantastic, the breakfast was plentiful and best of all, the staff left you a small gift each night with turn down service. Well worth the $$$$ that we paid.

Property was clean, staff couldn't be more helpful and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. However, a few things to consider, no phones to call the front desk, shower was extremely small in our room, no closets or dresser, no USB outlets

We got stuck here during the great power outage in both Portugal and Spain and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made us feel safe and helped with whatever they could. The room was clean. The shower stall was miniscule - that was the only minus.

Great location in Lisbon to walk about the city. Right on a beautiful square beside Town Hall and very close to the water. Rooms were on the smaller side but bed was super comfortable and the washroom was perfect size. Didn’t eat at restaurant but looked very nice. Would stay again for sure!
