Room was extremely small especially for two people. We barely got room service because our things barely fit in the room we hardly had space to move around. However the hotel was clean. The hotel main entrance is sitting off the main street but 15 mns away from the city’s main attractions. Very accessible by bus and train which are respectively located accross the street and downstairs. Uber was fairly cheap to get around. We ate locally because their food menu was very limited. Everyone was very friendly and were readily available to help us.

Breakfast was not included Breakfast cost 15 euro for person breakfast is expensive and for what you eat Also lunch was expensive compare with other location .Room is not what you see in figure(advertisement) Room is very Small Matters was worse and difficult I order a queen bad and there was two separated matters Was very difficult to sleep The cost of room There was $ 74 and i payed 80 dollars plus 40 euros (the hotel was charging me 40 euros more for tax ) The Expedia confirmation said you payed all taxes????With this price you can find hotel in center of Lisbon much better than this hotel and including breakfast .Location is periferic and all night you will listen the train Sorry but i never will recomanded to anyone

yes the hotel room was cleaned and looked fresh, but let you know that I had hard time to pluged my cpap machine, because all over in portugal have round plug in switch, not a amercan style, i have tirun ti buy adoper to use mechine but it was too lateand store wes closed. front desk custmer help was very supprotive and helpfull, her name was Arlinda Ramos so helpfull and provide best service. thanks, Amar yadav

We stayed one night before coming back home. It’s a very new hotel, the location is great!!!! If you are going to the airport from the hotel, it is just soooooo convient either by uber or the airport bus (not your usual city metro / bus ticket though). If you want to explore the city, living here is not bad at all.

this is the most unfriendly hotel i have ever stayed; 0 customer service; my room i requested one bed; they combined 2 beds; there are stains on the hallway carpets. the check in is 3.30 pm; i asked for early check in - cold response. but they are happy if u check out early; i left at 5am; bed was not comfortble; room is dungeon; i wont go back again. on top they charge 4 euros for citi tax; crap hotel. double think before u book

Hotel was good and staff courteous. The Bistro food was excellent. Too bad they close for lunch. The instructions for the luggage lockers was not correct nor clear. The room was very nice. Even with the train noise we would come back.

We had a great stay! Lovely staff and the room was clean and very nice. We did put in a request for 2 twin beds, but got 1 queen instead. Our room was also kind of hot and we were having issues with the AC, but overall would come here again because it's so nice and close to the airport.
